Signe Wilkinson is a Pulitzer Prize-winning editorial cartoonist for the Philadelphia Daily News. She's also received the 1997, 2001 and 2007 Overseas Press Club Award, the 2002 RFK Award and she has the distinction of having been named "the Pennsylvania state vegetable substitute" by the former speaker of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
