The Speaking Truth archive is officially under the permanent care of the vital, mission-focused International African American Museum (IAAM) in Charleston, South Carolina.

 The Speaking Truth archive, which the museum will steward and continue to add to, serves the important mission of collecting, and telling stories of truth—allowing families to uncover their ancestry and genealogical history.
